Assists servers in maintaining service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of all front of house areas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicates with host/hostess and servers to maintain service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house including all tables, chairs, floors, windows, restrooms, and service areas.
• Refills customer drinks (non-alcohlic) as needed.
• Restocks dining room and bar with plateware, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen, and maintains adequate supplies in the server stations when dining room is opened.
• Prepares beverages required for service including soda, teas and water.
• Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave.
• Replaces dishes and utensils for next course and cleans and resets vacated tables.
• Returns table to proper setup for next seating.    
• Returns dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and utensils to dishwashing area.
• May assist servers in serving tables with food or beverage delivery.

• UNIFORM: BE IN UNIFORM & ON TIME WHEN YOU WALK INTO WORK AND PLEASE SHOWER AND BE CLEAN SHAVEN.
• COMMUNITY: KNOW YOUR LOCALS AND YOUR LOCAL CULTURE.
• TAKE OWNERSHIP IN WHAT YOU DO: IF SOMEONE IS UPSET OR CONFUSED DO NOT LEAVE THEM WITHOUT AN ANSWER.  TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE ISSUE AND FIND A RESOLUTION EITHER THROUGH YOUR OWN KNOWLEDGE OR GET A MANAGER INVOLVED.
