Responsible for serving guests in any manner needed to give them a great dining experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner within 1 minute of seating and provide them with tier 1 hospitality.
• Communicate with other servers, managers and kitchen staff to get tasks done.
• Take food and beverage orders and input customer orders into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen or bar of the particulars of the orders using appropriate POS entry procedures.
• Process guest orders quickly and accurately to the kitchen and bar
• Retrieve all items from kitchen or bar, confirm order accuracy and deliver product to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve food and beverages according to menu specs
• Accurately total bill, deliver check and accept payment
• Support server assistants and host/hostesses
• Complete all assigned side work and closing duties
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests

• UNIFORM: BE IN UNIFORM & ON TIME WHEN YOU WALK INTO WORK AND PLEASE SHOWER AND BE CLEAN SHAVEN.
• COMMUNITY: KNOW YOUR LOCALS AND YOUR LOCAL CULTURE.
• TAKE OWNERSHIP IN WHAT YOU DO: IF SOMEONE IS UPSET OR CONFUSED DO NOT LEAVE THEM WITHOUT AN ANSWER.  TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE ISSUE AND FIND A RESOLUTION EITHER THROUGH YOUR OWN KNOWLEDGE OR GET A MANAGER INVOLVED.
